Vortex developed the ad campaign creative based on data gathered through resident interviews conducted by The Ehlers Group, a national senior housing marketing agency.

Tom Weinkle, Vortex creative director said, “working with The Ehlers Group is a true team experience….they understand how to market to seniors and are champions for their clients.” He continued, in terms of messaging and goals, we were on the same page throughout the process.”

Vortex developed copywriting, photography and design concepts around the concept of “vital living”. Weinkle adds, ”Seniors want to feel independent and vital as long as possible. Victoria Landing allows that to happen by providing services as needed, along with regular social, wellness and dining programs in a beautiful resort-like waterfront setting. He continued, “Many senior facilities use stock imagery in their advertising. “Photographing actual residents gives Victoria Landing a leg up on the competition.  There’s no question the message is real.”

Each ad features residents highlighting their favorite aspect of Victoria Landing. Although the campaign launch includes two ads, Vortex added value to the location photography with each setup. Weinkle says, “Photoshoots can be costly. It’s our responsibility to ensure our clients get the most for their money. With careful planning, we were able to complete five setups instead of two without compromising on quality.

The results speak for themselves. Print and digital advertising, along with website SEO and a PPC campaign have helped to bring in 7 new residents within the first 60 days of the campaign.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Vortex has handled over 13,000 projects with a very high success rate for a variety of applications and business sectors.
